Federation supporting autumn wellbeing fayres
14 September 2026
Dyfed Powys Police Federation is supporting a series of autumn wellbeing fayres being held across the Force.
The fayres, which run from September to November, will visit police stations and Force locations, with the next event taking place at Newtown Police Station on Tuesday (15 September).
Federation representatives will be attending alongside the Occupational Health Team, Force counsellors, UNISON, OK9 wellbeing dogs, Force chaplains and the wellbeing manager.
The events provide an opportunity for members to talk about wellbeing and find out more about the range of services available to support them.

Branch chair Delme Rees said the Federation was pleased to support the fayres.
He said: “Policing can be a demanding and challenging job, so it is important that officers know that support is available when they need it.
“These fayres bring together a range of organisations and services in one place and provide a valuable opportunity for officers and staff to have a conversation, ask questions or maybe even take a bit of time for themselves.”
The fayres take place between 10am and 4pm on the following dates:
-
15 September – Newtown Police Station
-
22 September – Force Communications Centre (FCC)
-
24 September – Dafen Police Station
-
6 October – Llandrindod Wells Police Station
-
19 October – Police Headquarters
-
22 October - Pembroke Dock Police Station
-
3 November – Cardigan Police Station
-
12 November – Ammanford Police Station
-
24 November – Brecon Police Station
-
26 November - Aberystwyth Police Station
Delme said: “The Federation is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our members and we would encourage members to make the most of these events.”
