Dyfed Powys Police Federation has paid tribute to former branch secretary Paul Laughlin, who sadly died this morning (27 June 2025).

Paul, a retired Police Sergeant, died following a short period of illness.

He served as branch secretary from 2015 until his retirement in 2018.

Delme Rees, branch chair, said: “Paul was a larger than life character, who left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

“On behalf of the branch - many of whom were proud to call him a friend - our heartfelt thoughts are with Paul’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.”
