It is now 20 years since the death of Dyfed Powys DC Barrie Davies.

Barrie, 39, was driving home from duty when he died after his unmarked police car crashed on the A40 Haverfordwest to Fishguard road on 11 October 2005.

“Today marks a sad anniversary for the family, friends and colleagues left behind when Barrie died in this tragic incident," says Delme Rees, chair of Dyfed Powys Police Federation.

"Twenty years is a significant date and I am honoured to attend with the family a remembrance at our Force Headquarters today to meet with the Chief Constable Ifan Charles and remember Barrie.
