Support on hand if you want to quit smoking

Help and support is available for anyone trying to quit smoking during the annual Stoptober health campaign.

Police Mutual has published a Stoptober factsheet offering advice and information to help people give up their smoking habit and there are also free tips and tools on the Better Health pages on the NHS website.

The factsheet is one of four October wellbeing guides produced by Police Mutual. The others are:
