Dyfed Powys Police Federation chair Delme Rees says the annual Pay and Morale Survey plays an important part in supporting its work on behalf of members.
Delme is reminding members to complete the survey before it closes on Monday 28 October.
He said: “The Pay and Morale Survey gives us a valuable insight into the realities of frontline policing and the issues facing our members.
“The findings give us the evidence that supports our campaigns for better pay and conditions, and for a fairer funding mechanism.
“The results are shared with chief officers, policy makers, and ministers so the more members that complete the survey the more complete the picture will be of the issues we’re facing.
“Your voice matters so please make it heard.”
The survey gives members the opportunity to share their views on the state of police pay, morale, and welfare. Other topics include allowances, rest days, and professional development.
Details on how to take part in the survey have been emailed to members.
If you have any problems with the survey, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org
