Survey results will make Federation voice stronger

Dyfed Powys Police Federation members are being reminded to take the time to complete this year’s annual pay and morale survey.

The survey runs until Monday 11 December and branch chair Gareth Jones is encouraging as many officers as possible to complete it.

“The more members that take part the more powerful the Federation’s voice will be when campaigning for fairer pay and conditions,” he said.

“Please make your voice heard. We’re stronger together,” he added.

The survey findings will provide vital evidence to support the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.

It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
