Christmas and New Year Message for Members from Steve Williams-Reader, Chair of Cleveland Police Federation.

“Despite the additional challenges our officers faced throughout 2022 from the cost of living crisis alongside the national issues resulting from Strike Action by many of or key emergency service partners, Cleveland Police Officers have continued to show commitment and dedication to disrupting and investigating crime, protecting our most vulnerable and keeping communities safe.

“It is not unrecognised the sacrifices Officers make in the line of duty every day. I like many of you will be working throughout the festive period; policing does not stop and neither does our support for you.

“Cleveland Police Federation would like to take the opportunity to personally thank all our Officers and wish you and your families a Merry Christmas & Prosperous New Year for 2023.”
