Attending Court

Having your duty changed to attend court can be impactive on individual officers and their teams in general. This can be a particular issue when covering child care. Officers should consider arrangements for an emergency fall back should they be recalled to duty at short notice as there is no compensation payable for any additional costs (normal recall to duty compensation applies) incurred by the officer through Police Regulations.
