Colleagues encouraged to put themselves forward as PFEW Reps

Nominations are open for the election of Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) Representatives to the Branch Council. This is your chance to stand up, be heard, and make an impact!

Branch Council members, known as workplace representatives, provide crucial guidance, advice and support to members of PFEW within their force.

It’s a rewarding and important role that allows you to make a positive difference in supporting the lives of your colleagues and to gain new skills and experience that will help build your career.

Many workplace reps go on to play a national role for the PFEW (such as in the National Board or National Council). A thriving Branch Council elections environment, with many strong candidates to choose from, is therefore the foundation from which the PFEW will excel at both the local and national level.
