Vivup’s Employee Assistance Programme is led by highly qualified counsellors who provide essential and in the moment support to more than 380,000 employees across the country, including hospitals, councils and other public sector organisations.

Vivup replaced BWell in June 2021, with the Force working with a new wellbeing partner.

Benefits of the new service include face-to-face counselling

The mental health support service is available to  all colleagues, offering confidential assistance and expert help when you need it most.

Through the unique WMP portal you can access:

• Designated on-site counselling
• 24/7 telephone support
• A variety of resources including CBT workbooks and mental health tracker apps.

All line managers will need to continue to take an active role in their team members’ wellbeing – with the option to refer anyone who might be experiencing a mental health concern to a qualified, experienced counsellor via Vivup.
