Health Assured
Health Assured is available to all officers, staff and their families. It is free to use and is an integrated part of support provided by Police Mutual for those working in policing.
The services it offers are free of charge via the Health Assured app.

The Healthcare Scheme is a discretionary scheme set up for members of the police family to help with the cost of private medical treatment when you need it, in the event of an illness.
It allows you access to treatment at a range of private UK hospitals and facilities including those provided by Nuffield, Spire and Circle Health Group, and can reduce time spent waiting for diagnosis or necessary medical procedures.

The Taxations and Corrections: Police Pension Scheme and Civil Service Pension Scheme webinar
This webinar explores the potential impact of the McCloud remedy on the pension tax allowances (Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance) of the members of the Police Pension and Civil Service Pension Schemes.
It also considers the impacts on Lifetime Allowance protections and looks at how interest may be added to payments and refunds and possibilities for compensation where a tax loss can’t be reclaimed.
