Equality
West Midlands Police Federation’s equality leads are Julie Fleming and Jon Nott. They are professionally trained and work full-time to support members and are joined on the Equality Committee by a number of fully trained workplace representatives.
Together they can offer support and advice for welfare and personal issues, helping challenge all forms of discrimination and fairness at work issues.
They can help with flexible working and ill-health retirement applications, grievance issues, sickness and maternity to name but a few.
