WTAR: focus on the updated mileage policy

In the latest edition of What the actual regs (WTAR), West Midlands Police Federation chair Jess Davies gives details of the Force’s updated mileage policy which is largely unchanged but does give a clearer definition of what is meant by a journey being substantially similar to your normal commute.
