Remembering Andrew

West Midlands Police Federation today remembers PC Andrew Le Comte.

Andrew, who was 21, died in a fall from the roof of the Grandfare Store in High Street, Erdington while searching for suspects on 4 February 1984.

The Andrew Le Comte Memorial Cup for Inspirational Leadership is presented each year to a West Midlands Police officer who has inspired others with a passion for policing, allowing others to achieve and reach their potential while offering outstanding leadership skills.
