PC Jeffrey Barnes: officer remembered 40 years on

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the loss of West Midlands PC Jeffrey Barnes.
Jeffrey was travelling to a motorcycle refresher course when he died in a road accident on 21 July 1986. He was 43.
