New wellbeing guides are published

Police Mutual has now published its monthly series of wellbeing guides.

The guides, which are free to download, aim to give information and practical advice on a range of wellbeing issues.

Among the topics covered in the February guides are Time To Talk Day (5 February) and Children’s Mental Health Week which starts on Monday (9 February) and is run through Place2Be, a children’s mental health charity that provides counselling, support and training in UK schools.

In the latest of Police Mutual’s Let’s Talk Money guides the topics covered include gambling, talking to children about money and establishing an emergency fund.

Police Mutual offers a range of products and services that are only available to police officers, staff, their families, and the wider police family.
