Time is running out for subscribing members to have their say on who they want to become their workplace Federation representatives.
There are 19 vacancies to be filled in the West Midlands Police Federation by-elections and 30 members have put their names forward.
All subscribing Federation members, from constables through to chief inspectors and Specials should have received an email to their Force email address.
Some may have missed this and the email could have landed in their junk email box so please check as all emails are specific to individuals.
“We really want to see as many members as possible cast their votes,” says Matt Manwaring, deputy secretary of West Midlands Police Federation, “So, if you have not voted yet, please do so.
“If you don’t think you have received a voting email please contact me or the independent electoral company Mi-Voice at support@mi-voice.com.”
Voting opened at 12 noon on Friday 25 September and will close at 4pm on Friday 9 October.
All reps elected will receive full training for their role which is voluntary and carried out alongside their Force duties.
