The West Midlands Police Federation roadshow will be held at Bloxwich Police Station tomorrow (Wednesday 22 April).
Members are invited to drop in between 10am and 2pm to talk to Federation officials and workplace representatives as well as member service providers.
“We have held a number of roadshows across the Force area as a way of giving members the opportunity to meet Federation representatives, raise any queries they may have and discuss issues they are facing,” says Jess Davies, chair of West Midlands Police Federation.
“From a Federation perspective, it has been good to get out to some of our police stations and meet officers and Specials. Where possible, me and deputy chair Mat Minton have joined officers on response at the end of the roadshow so we can see first-hand the challenges they are coming up against.
“We hope as many members as possible from the Walsall LPA will drop in to the roadshow to see us.”
Representatives from the Police Treatment Centres, Gallaghers - providers of the Group Insurance Scheme, Serve and Protect and the Benevolent Fund are all expected to be at the roadshow.
While the current run of roadshows finishes tomorrow, the Federation is looking to set up further dates in the future.
