Wellbeing factsheets published by Police Mutual

Police Mutual has published its February wellbeing factsheets.

They cover a number of awareness initiatives this month, including Time To Talk Day which was on 6 February and is organised by the mental health charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.

The factsheets also look at financial wellbeing and put the focus on setting up an emergency fund, gambling and talking to your children about money.
