Independent panel review of PFEW: webinar update for members

A webinar is being held to update members on the independent panel appointed to review the governance of the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW).

The session takes place from 1pm to 2.30pm tomorrow (Friday 31 January), and members are being invited to attend.

It will provide them with the chance to ask questions and give their thoughts to the panel.

Federation members can share their thoughts or questions, anonymously, with the panel in advance by emailing review@irp-uk.net.

The panel is chaired by former TUC president Baroness Mary Bousted, alongside Peter Vicary-Smith, former chief executive of Which?.

It was appointed last year to investigate past failings and share its findings on the future governance of PFEW.

Phase one of the panel’s report was released in December, and the findings from phase two are due to be released early this year.
