You can register for the session here.

The #FedElects café is being held with the nomination period for Federation elections now open.

All West Midlands Police Federation members, from police constable to chief inspector, including Specials, can nominate themselves and stand for election as a workplace rep.

Information on how to put yourself forward as a Fed rep should have been emailed to all members.

Nominations will run until 24 January 2025. Voting will take place between 3 and 25 February, with results set to be announced on 27 February.

Should candidates be successful, then they will automatically become part of their local Branch Council. From there, they can stand to be on the local Branch Board, and then stand for a regional or a national role if they would like to.

Those from under-represented groups are being encouraged to put themselves forward, to help better reflect the diversity of the membership and the communities the police serve.
