Pensions remedy: sign up for free webinar

Federation members are being urged to sign up for a webinar organised by the Force to help officers understand the implications of the pensions remedy.

The Force has arranged for nine webinars to be held after receiving a high volume of calls, emails and comments when it shared detailed of the RSS documents and statements earlier this month.

The webinars will be led by Anns and Grange Associates, a financial advice business specialising in advising serving and retired police officers.

Q&A session

Pete Gillett, the Force’s director of commercial services, says: “We strongly encourage you to sign up to one of the webinars, which should help you to understand the decision you are being asked to make and the implications of the pension remedy. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session at the end of each hour-long webinar.”

The online sessions will be held at 12pm, 3pm and 5pm on the following dates:
