Last chance for members to win £100 worth of vouchers

Members have a last chance to complete a survey into the impact of the cost of living crisis on police family finances and give themselves a chance to win a £100 Amazon.co.uk gift card.

Metfriendly - financial experts dedicated to the police service - has been running its annual Police Family Finance Index survey.

The survey closes at midnight on Friday and West Midlands Police Federation members are being encouraged to take part, with eligible respondents entered into a draw to win one of ten £100 Amazon.co.uk gift cards.

The survey aims give detailed insights into the financial pressures and circumstances faced by the police officers in the UK to help inform policy development and provide guidance for financial wellbeing support.

The last national report was used in 2023 Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) submissions and cited by the final PRRB report as being one of the pieces of evidence when securing the recommended level of national pay rise, Metfriendly said.

Metfriendly added: “This research will help all involved gain a better understanding of the current situation and help us to improve levels of financial wellbeing through our work within the community.”
