20 June 2024
Members of West Midlands Police Federation are being reminded that they have until tomorrow (Friday 21 June) to vote in the industrial rights poll.
The poll, which was launched earlier this month (Monday 3 June) by the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) seeks to find out if members would like the Federation to pursue the re-establishment of a mechanism of collective bargaining and the addition of binding arbitration. This will enable direct negotiation with the Government when it comes to determining police pay.
The poll closes tomorrow (Friday 21 June) at 21.59.
The email containing the link to the poll was sent to your preferred email address. This might be your Force email but could also be a personal email address you have provided.
Some members have found the email in their spam/junk folder, so please check these as soon as possible.
If, after checking your work and personal email accounts including your spam/junk folders, you find you have not received the link to the poll then please email westmidlandspf@polfed.org. They will confirm which email address the link was sent to and, if it still cannot be found, will try to contact Mi-Voice for a new link to be sent out to you.
Please do not share your link as they are all unique and will not allow multiple votes using the same link.
