Federation remembers PC Michael Install

Today is the anniversary of the loss of West Midlands PC Michael Install.

Michael was 53 when he collapsed and died while on duty on Park Lane on 24 July 1996.

West Midlands Police Federation remembers Michael today and the service he gave to the Force.
