Federation remembers PC

21 July 2024

Today marks the anniversary of the death of West Midlands PC Jeffrey Barnes.

Jeffrey died in a road accident on 21 July 1986. The 43-year-old officer was travelling to a motorcycle refresher course at the time of the accident.
