Remembering PC Ramin Tolouie

West Midlands Police Federation has paid tribute to PC Ramin Tolouie on the 12th anniversary of his death.

Ramin died on 16 October 2011 when his motorcycle was in collision with a car as he rode home from duty. He was 40.
