Federation remembers fallen officer

West Midlands Police Federation today paid tribute to fallen colleague PC Philip Kurlinkus on the 3oth anniversary of his death.

Philip was 39 when he was killed in a motorcycle accident as he responded to a 999 call in Chelmsley Wood on 18 March 1993.
