Pay and morale survey closes soon

Make your voice heard in the Police Federation’s annual pay and morale survey.

That’s the message from West Midlands branch chair Rich Cooke.

There are just days left until the survey deadline on 3 October, and Rich is encouraging as many members as possible to complete it.

Rich said: “This year we’ve been combined it with our demand, capacity and welfare survey to try to reduce survey fatigue.

“A huge thank you to those members who have already completed it and if you haven’t yet had chance, please do take the time. Your contributions are invaluable.

“They help us to get a clear understanding of the issues facing our members and we can use that evidence when campaigning and speaking to decision-makers on their behalf.

“With our members facing ever greater demands on their time and a cost of living crisis, it’s never been more important to make your voice heard.”
