PC Mark Gumbley has been remembered by West Midlands Police Federation chair Rich Cooke on the 32nd anniversary of his death.
Mark was killed on 28 March 1990 in a collision with a lorry while he was on a police motorcycle course. Mark was 27.
Rich said: “Mark lost his life in tragic circumstances and was taken far too soon. He was an officer who was dedicated to West Midlands Police and serving his community.
“Mark will never be forgotten, and the thoughts of everyone at West Midlands Police Federation are with his family, friends and colleagues on the anniversary of his tragic death.”
