Remembering PC Valroy Hodgson

West Midlands Police Federation is today paying tribute to PC Valroy Hodgson who died 17 years ago.

Valroy died on 31 December 2004 after he sustained an injury during officer training. He was 44.

The chair of West Midlands Police Federation, Rich Cooke, said: “All our thoughts today are with Valroy’s family and friends as they end another year with a sad anniversary.

“It’s important that we remember all our fallen colleagues and that we continue to do so.”
