Officers are being given another chance to take part in a free online resilience-building session.
Thanks to Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service, funding has been secured for an additional two sessions to take place this month.
The one-hour sessions aim to help participants build resilience and overcome challenges, focussing on adjusting to the ‘new normal’ as lockdown restrictions begin to ease.
One was held last Wednesday (7 April) and the second will take place on Wednesday 21 April at 9.30am.
The sessions are facilitated by Bailey and French, an organisation that aims to ‘empower people to be their best’.
Open to anyone working in the Force, they will be taking place on Microsoft Teams.
