West Midlands Police Federation members are being urged to make their voices heard in an open consultation launched by the region’s new Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC).
Simon Foster took over after winning the PCC election earlier this month and got straight to work on a new Police and Crime Plan (PCP).
The consultation is to find out what people think should be included in the new PCP and Mr Foster said he would welcome the views of the Police Federation and its members.
Input from members should be sent in by 10 June.
Mr Foster said he was looking forward to working with the Police Federation during his term of office and was planning meetings with trade unions and staff associations to discuss future relationships.
