Free guide may help with Dry January

Members taking part in ‘Dry January’ can now access a free guide to help get them through a booze-free month.
The guide offers advice on how to stick to the campaign, while highlighting the multiple benefits reducing alcohol intake can have on their lives.
Along with a set of ‘top tips’, the guide also encourages those taking part to track their progress through an app.
The free guide has been produced by Police Mutual, which provides financial services and welfare support to the police service.
