The August/September edition of West Midlands Police Federation’s magazine is out now.
Unsurprisingly, coverage of the Federation’s reaction to the police pay freeze confirmed by the Government in July features in our latest edition of our members’ magazine, Federation, which has now been published.
This edition, which you can read online, also includes an update on the progress of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, particularly in relation to changes to legislation affecting police drivers and there is an article based on an interview with Steve Grange, our branch secretary, who retires in September.
We feature the unveiling of the new UK Police Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum and hope that members will be able to find the time to visit what is a fitting tribute to our fallen colleagues.
With a wide range of other articles covering all the latest news and views from the Federation, please read this edition, and let us know if there are issues or articles you would like to feature in the next edition which is due out in October.
