WMPF Magazine: Aug/Sept 2020 Out Now

The latest edition of our members’ magazine Federation has now been published online.
As well as news and views from your Federation, this edition also features an interview with one of our new recruits who explains how Learning and Development has helped her cohort cope with starting a career in policing during the pandemic.
Following the publication of an HMICFRS inspection report which concluded roads policing was ‘inadequate’, we sought the views of some of our own roads policing officers and they are published in the magazine.
There is also a moving account of one former officer’s experiences of coping with mental ill-health. He agreed to share his story in the hope it would help others who might face similar experiences.
