Pensions and divorce

Lawyers at Slater and Gordon have put together an update about police pensions on divorce.

A Guide to the Treatment of Pensions on Divorce was published by the Pension Advisory Group (PAG) in July last year.

Three recent decisions by the Family Court concerning the divisions of pensions have since referenced the PAG report as being influential on judicial decision-making.
