Pay and morale survey closes tomorrow

This year’s Police Federation of England and Wales pay and morale survey closes tomorrow.

The survey results are used in the Federation’s annual submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) which advises the Government on officer pay.

“I would urge any member who has not yet filled in the survey to do so as soon as possible,” says Jon Nott, chair of West Midlands Police Federation, “While the national Federation uses the responses when giving evidence to PRRB to support its pay claim on behalf of officers, we also use the findings locally when we are speaking to chief officers and senior managers.

“The more officers who respond to the survey, the stronger the evidence we have to back us up in our negotiations.”

The survey was issued via the Federation’s National Member Database and will close at midnight tomorrow (11 September)
