New App improves personal training offer

2 June 2020

There is good news for West Midlands Police Federation members who have taken advantage of a ‘home fitness’ offer from a company run by the wife of a serving police officer.

With gyms still closed under the rules of the Government’s lockdown restrictions, Gemma Booth’s GB Personal Training is offering a 20 per cent discount on its online services.

Gemma first put the offer to Federation members in early April and has since improved her online offering and App.

While the discount is still available, there are now new features which have speeded up access to content. Accessed through a phone or desktop, some key features of the new App include:

  • Videos and descriptions of every exercise
  • Synch with Fitbit and MyFitnessPal
  • In-App messaging for one-to-one advice
  • Record weight, pictures and body measurements all in one place
  • In-App food diary
  • Ability to record your exercise.

Gemma said: “As well as a website which is much faster, clearer and easier to navigate, the new App means that I can provide feedback, support and guidance every step of the way.

“It looks like it will be some time before gyms are open again but that doesn’t mean your fitness and health needs to be put on hold.

“I am offering a two-week free trial with no payment details required, so officers and their family members can check it out before they commit.”

To get started, visit the GB Personal Training website and to obtain the 20% discount use the Federation code WMIDSFED20. This code is not required for the free trial.
