Federation survey closes on Monday

West Midlands Police Federation chair Jon Nott is again urging members to take part in this year’s Federation Demand, Capacity and Welfare Survey before it closes on Monday (16 November).

The survey is an opportunity for members to voice their opinions on a range of issues, including policing during the pandemic and the planned recruitment of 20,000 officers nationally by 2023.

“This is the first survey we’ve run since the onset of the pandemic so it’s important that we build a picture of how it has impacted officers,” said Jon, “Taking part will make a difference so please make your voice heard.”
