Accord Legal Services offer a completely free of charge Will Writing Service. Accord are one of the leading national providers of Wills and estate planning services throughout England, Scotland and Wales and have already helped over 10,000 key workers in preparing their Wills since the beginning of the COVID pandemic in March 2020.

Accord are committed to continuing this work throughout 2021, and they welcome the opportunity to assist you in making a Will or offer advice on any other estate planning needs.

Their consultants can also provide advice on a number of other estate planning services, including tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust services and probate should anyone require further specialist advice.

How does it work?
Staff interested in an appointment simply need to email the team stating they are interested in a Free Will and leaving their name and contact number. A member of our booking team will then be in touch to arrange an appointment.

The appointments are conducted by telephone, Skype, Zoom or any other online platform you feel most comfortable with. The appointments usually take around half an hour on average. Once instructions have been taken, they are sent to our legal team, comprised of lawyers and STEP qualified staff that will draft the Will and return it by post. All of our Wills are created on an advised basis – every consultation is bespoke and every Will drafted accordingly, unlike online templates, ensuring the best possible service.
