It is humbling and a huge honour to come together and recognise the heroism of police officers from across England and Wales. As we heard countless times, when the winning stories of selflessness and courage were recounted, the officers played down the dangers they faced, saying that they were simply doing their job.

While last week, we recognised regional winners and an overall winner, all the nominees for the 2025 Police Bravery Awards are winners. If you have not yet managed to do so, please do take the time to read the citations in the brochure. It is truly incredible what police officers do to serve and protect their communities.
