Divorce is becoming an issue as the guidance from the NPCC is not clear and the legislation does not really assist.

Pension sharing orders (PSO) are being revised by pension administrators to reflect the remedy valuations and we are not comfortable with that. We have instructed a barrister to give us some guidance on this and this should be back with us shortly.
In the meantime, if you are approached by officers with PSO and divorce issues then inform them of the above and take their details so that they can be updated accordingly once we have the advice.
There is nothing to stop them getting their own professional advice and claim the cost back via the remedy compensation framework.
I will update you when we get the advice back so that a way forward can be formulated.
Kind regards
Paul
