Federation House

Federation House (located in the Police Federation Headquarters) is a stunning architectural award-winning venue with 55 air-conditioned bedrooms and a large atrium area with restaurant and bar. As well as offering a comfortable nights’ stay, the venue has excellent conference facilities with 9 purpose built conference rooms suitable for meetings, presentations or training for any number of people up to 160.

Complimentary on site car parking is available and free WiFi.

Federation House also acts as headquarters for the Police Federation of England and Wales, the staff association for rank and file police officers

Hotel Accommodation

Individuals can book accommodation if they are a member of the Police Federation and we can also accept bookings from UK registered charities, community, or charitable organisations as well as companies, and organisations.

Federation House has 55 beautifully designed and recently refurbished spacious en-suite bedrooms, all of which have been designed to an excellent standard and offer:

We offer Double and Twin rooms as well as Family and Interconnecting rooms for families and wheelchair accessible adapted rooms for those with disabilities.

We have a fully air-conditioned gym with a TV entertainment system which is open from 6am – 10pm.

Changing facilities are also provided with lockers, showers (with free shower products) and towels

Federation House is ideal for groups enjoying any of the numerous attractions and activities nearby. Ideal for weekend meetings and get-togethers or as a base while visiting Surrey.

Cancellation Policy
The daily rate WILL be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after 12 noon the day before the arrival date.

Conference & event facilities
Our conference and event facilities are open to everyone, including individuals, however, as the venue also acts as the headquarters for the Police Federation of England and Wales, if you are planning a 3- party hire event (without a members’ sponsorship/non-member), please either complete our online enquiry form or send an email detailing your enquiry to reception@polfed.org or call 01372 35200.
