Uniform Mortgages Ltd has worked with police federations for over 20 years and offers free independent mortgage advice for serving officers from all ranks, police staff and their families. It arranges appointments to suit your shift and can travel to you for a meeting.

Being independent means we are able to source a mortgage product for you from the whole of the market place and we pride ourselves on offering an excellent service for our customers.
We have been arranging mortgages for the new build market and are used to working to strict developer exchange and completion deadlines.
We also have experience arranging mortgages on Shared Ownership, shared equity, the Help to Buy scheme and now the OwnNew Scheme.
Again, we are fully up to date with all the different schemes available and have built up excellent relationships with different housing associations.
For police officers & staff, we do not charge a fee for our service and for non-police clients our standard service fee is £495.00.
For in excess of 20 years we have been arranging mortgages for Key Workers such as Police Officers, Nursing Staff, Fire service, Teachers and Ambulance service personnel. During this time we have gained an excellent knowledge of the schemes available so you can be confident that we know what we are doing.
Our advisors are fully qualified to provide mortgage advice and hold the relevant qualification. We also have a team of dedicated case managers who will look after your application during the entire process.
