Centurion Legacy is an estate planning company providing clear, practical support with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts, and Probate.
We are professional yet approachable, and pride ourselves on helping people in all situations put thoughtful plans in place for the future. Our aim is to make estate planning easy to understand and straightforward, removing unnecessary complexity so clients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step.
It’s quite simple, everybody needs a Will for various reasons, such as;
- to ensure that your Estate goes to the people you want it to.
- to name Executors to deal with your Estate after your death.
- to exclude anyone you do not wish to inherit from you.
- to name guardians for your children who are under 18.
- to provide for children from a previous relationship.
If you die without leaving a will, it is known as dying ‘intestate‘. This means that the Government will dictate how your assets are distributed and the people you might want to inherit from your estate might not, such as;
- an unmarried partner.
- children from a previous relationship.
- trusted friends or other close relatives.
- a charity.
Dying Intestate means the Estate Administration process can be complicated and time consuming after your death.

Centurion Legacy are running clinic appointments every other Monday, with slots available between 9am and 12pm. Members simply email sarah@centurionlegacy.co.uk to book.
Surrey members can access reduced rates on wills and will/LPA packages:
- Single Will – £200 + VAT
- Mirror Wills – £300 + VAT
- Single Will + 2 LPAs – £400 + VAT
- Mirror Wills + 4 LPAs – £700 + VAT
