Police Mortgages’ August advice clinic announced

Free expert mortgage advice is available to Suffolk Police Federation members through Police Mortgages.

As a leading service provider for the police family, Police Mortgages prides itself on making the process of buying a home as straightforward as possible for officers, staff and their loved ones.

Each month, the specialists host a free advice clinic for Fed members, with the next clinic set for Thursday 6 August.

It will run from 10am to 4pm and will be hosted by the branch’s dedicated mortgage broker Natasha Strath, who will be on hand to answer all your questions.

Appointments with Natasha, which are listed in slots throughout clinic hours, can be booked by scanning the QR code below.

To help your consultation run as smoothly as possible, it is recommended you bring along the follow details:

• Evidence of your income, such as your latest payslip

• Details of any credit cards or loans, including approximate balance and monthly repayments

• Details of any adverse / bad credit, when it was and for how much
