Next Police Mortgages advice clinic confirmed

Suffolk Police Federation members can access free specialist mortgage advice thanks to clinics provided in partnership with Police Mortgages.

Priding itself on making the process of buying a home easier for officers, staff and their loved ones, Police Mortgages can connect you to over 100 lenders and around 12,000 products and packages.

The experts host regular advice days for Fed members, with the next clinic date set for Thursday 4 June.

Here, you can put anything on your mind to dedicated mortgage broker Natasha Strath, whether you’re a first-time buyer or simply wanting to reassess your options.

Natasha will be available to offer guidance from 10am to 4pm and appointments with her can be booked by scanning the QR code on the image below.

To get the most out of your appointment, it is recommended you have the following details to hand:

• Evidence of your income, such as your latest payslip

• Details of any credit cards or loans, including approximate balance and monthly repayments

• Details of any adverse / bad credit, when it was and for how much
