Free family law consultation with Barker Gotelee Solicitors

Suffolk Police Federation officers can get a free initial consultation on family law matters through member services partner Barker Gotelee Solicitors.

The consultation provides members with an opportunity to discuss their circumstances with a specialist family lawyer and receive initial advice on their options.

The next one takes place on Tuesday 20 October with the last consultation of 2026 on Tuesday 17 November.

Barker Gotelee’s family law team advises on a range of issues, including divorce and ending civil partnerships, financial settlements, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, and children’s matters including contact and residence.

Appointment

The free consultation is by appointment only and must be arranged at least seven days in advance.

They are held at the Barker Gotelee offices in Barrack Square, opposite BT Adastral Park in Martlesham Heath. There is a large, free on-site car park.
