New guide to Police Regulations

Officers needing information about Police Regulations can refer to a new Quick Reference Guide produced by the Police Federation.

The guide gives a summary of members’ main terms and conditions. It is not intended to be exhaustive, nor can it be considered a substitute for the various regulations and determinations which govern officers’ terms and conditions of appointment.

It has been updated in line with the Federation’s current understanding of Police Regulations and could be used not just by members but also by supervisors and senior police leaders.
